What We Believe

We Believe In Jesus

We believe by passionately following Jesus and having a relationship with Him, we are healed, made new, and forgiven. Since Jesus was born in a manger, lived a perfect life, died on the cross, and was raised from the dead anyone who says ‘yes’ to Him can experience a new life.

(John 3:16)

We Beleive in the Bible

We believe in and teach from the Bible. We believe it addresses every question imaginable. We believe the it is inspired, inerrant, infallible, and the complete Word of God.

Our Statement on Marriage

We believe that the term “marriage” has only one meaning. Marriage is created by God to join one man and one woman in a single, exclusive union. This is clearly outlined in the bible.

We believe God intended sexual intimacy to only occur between a man and a woman, who are married to each other. God commanded that no one should engage in intimate sexual activity outside of a marriage between a man and a woman.

We believe any form of sexual immorality (adultery, fornication, pre-marital sex, homosexuality, bi-sexualuality, beastiality, incest, pornography or any attempt to change one’s sex, or disagreement with one’s biological sex) is sinful and offensive to God.

We believe in order to preserve the function and integrity of the church as the local Body of Christ, and to provide a biblical role model to the church members and the community, it is imperative for everyone follow these Biblical Guidelines and Statement on Marriage and Sexuality and conduct themselves accordingly.

We believe God offers forgiveness and restoration to anyone who confess their sin(s), even sexual sin.

We believe everyone must be treated with compassion, love, kindness, respect, and dignity despite his/her personal choices. Hateful and harassing behavior or attitudes directed toward anyone will not be tolerated and are not biblical.

Our Statement on Sexuality

As Christ-followers, it is vitally important we submit to those in authority and follow the laws of man, as long as they do not violate the Laws of God. God established His Law of Marriage in His Word; which is one man and one woman.

We will not re-define something that God has already clearly defined in His Word, the Bible. Nor will we assign to someone the term “marriage” when it is counter to God’s character and nature.

We share the same position as thousands of Evangelical Churches around the world, such as the Assemblies of God and the Southern Baptist Convention.

We will not perform or recognize any unbiblical demand created by the Same Sex Marriage ruling by the Supreme Court.

We live from a Higher Court that is Supreme over all the opinions and standards of mankind. We will continue to love and reach out to the LGBT Community with the Love of Jesus.

In the thousands of years of cultural change, God is the same yesterday, today, and forever. His standards and commands has never and will never change despite people's options and/or laws.
